Travel Premier

Refunds & Cancellations

How payments, cancellations and refunds work with Travel Premier Ltd.

When you pay, and when you travel

A non-refundable deposit confirms your booking. The full balance is due no later than 10 weeks before departure — so travel always takes place after full payment, usually weeks or months later. We confirm the amounts and dates in writing when you book. We accept payment by bank transfer, and by USDT on the Solana network from your booking page; card payment is currently unavailable.

Deposits

Your deposit is non-refundable.

Cancellation by you

Cancellation charges depend on how much notice you give before departure: 70 days or more — deposit only; 43–70 days — 40% of the total price; 29–42 days — 60%; 8–28 days — 80%; 7 days or less — 100%.

How refunds are paid

Any refund due after cancellation charges is paid to the person who paid, by the same method where possible, once we have received the money back from the airline, hotel or other supplier.

How to cancel or ask for a refund

Contact us in writing with your booking reference. We confirm the charge and the refund amount in writing before anything is cancelled.
