Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with Travel Premier.
Your Contract
Your booking is with Mina Tours Ltd t/a Travel Premier (company number 10996464). By booking you accept these conditions, governed by English law.
Deposits and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full balance is due no later than 10 weeks before departure.
Cancellation by You
Cancellation charges apply based on notice given: 70+ days deposit only; 43-70 days 40%; 29-42 days 60%; 8-28 days 80%; 7 days or less 100%.
ATOL Protection
Most of the flights and flight-inclusive packages we sell are ATOL protected by our suppliers. ATOL protection does not apply to all travel services listed on this website — please ask us to confirm what protection applies to your booking. Where ATOL protection applies, your ATOL Certificate is issued by the ATOL holder.
Our Liability
Our liability is limited to twice the price of the affected portion of your package unless death, injury or illness results from our negligence.
