Please read these terms carefully before making a booking with Travel Premier.
Your Contract
Your booking is with Travel Premier Ltd (company number 12546387). By booking you accept these conditions, governed by English law.
Deposits and Payment
A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full balance is due no later than 10 weeks before departure.
Cancellation by You
Cancellation charges apply based on notice given: 70+ days deposit only; 43-70 days 40%; 29-42 days 60%; 8-28 days 80%; 7 days or less 100%.
ATOL Protection
Travel Premier Ltd is not an ATOL holder. The flights and flight-inclusive packages we sell are ATOL protected by the ATOL holders we book them through, and we sell as their approved agent. ATOL protection does not apply to other travel services, such as hotel-only bookings, transfers or visas. When you pay for an ATOL-protected booking you will be given an ATOL Certificate. Where ATOL protection applies, your ATOL Certificate is issued by the ATOL holder.
Our Liability
Our liability is limited to twice the price of the affected portion of your package unless death, injury or illness results from our negligence.
