Saudi Arabia Business Visa
For travel to Saudi Arabia for meetings, conferences, negotiations or company business. A business visit is not covered by the Umrah e-visa, and the requirements are different — you will normally need a Saudi host company to sponsor your application.
Visa EnquiryDocuments Required
Passport valid for at least 6 months from your date of arrival
Invitation letter from the Saudi host company
Covering letter from your UK employer confirming your role and purpose of travel
Company registration / trade licence details for the Saudi host
Recent passport-sized photographs to Saudi specification
Completed application via the Saudi visa system
Proof of onward or return travel
